BREXIT. It is sad to see the nation seemingly so divided over BREXIT. The result was not expected and has caught short the politicians who mostly favoured 'remain'. Nevertheless, we all must accept the result, regardless of our own preferences, and join together,without recrimination, to make it work. Sadly some of the newspapers, owned by brich and powerful men, seem unable to let go. They seem to suggest that the result should be re-tried since the 'leave' voters were ignorant people and really their votes should not count for much. As I said, so very sad and, perhaps, harking back to the nineteenth century when the rich and powerful had the only say

Death of our illustrator
We are very sad to annouce the death of David Oxlee on 9th February. David was the elder brother of William Cornford and designed and painted the covers of 'The Slippers Dried in the Sun' Willy C's Muses and Musing again with Willy C. I addition he designed for Stephen Oxlee, his son, the cover of his book of poetry 'The Stepping Stones of Life'
